Port de La Mer is a waterfront residential development in the heart of Jumeirah 1. Properties offering panoramic views of the marina and Dubai skyline were developed by Meraas. Port de La Mer comprises low-rise apartment blocks featuring 1- to 4-bedroom apartments and 5-bedroom penthouses. LOCATION
Port de La Mer is located at the tip of a peninsula within the prestigious Jumeirah 1 district. This is a coastal residential area known for its luxurious low-rise private dwellings and hotels. The location is accessible by sea and has great road links. In close proximity to Port de La Mer, there is Jumeirah Mosque as well as marina promenades facing the Pearl Jumeirah residential community.
As for the infrastructure of Port De La Mer, it is still under development and the nearest public transport stops Jumeirah, Grand Mosque, Jumeirah Center, Century Plaza 1 are a 30-minute walk away.
It takes no more than 10 minutes to reach La Mer, which is Dubai’s trendiest beach promenade.
