Azizi Riviera Phase 1 is the first phase of the Azizi Riviera development, a new large-scale residential area located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The project is situated in the Meydan area and within close proximity to the racecourse and golf course. As of March 2022, 95% of the first phase of construction has been completed.<br />
The project was developed by Azizi Developments, and it is scheduled for completion in 2025. The development features a crystal lagoon with desalinated water, as well as several parks and promenade areas. The complex is near the Meydan One Mall, which includes an indoor ski slope. Once completed, it will surpass the size of the Dubai Mall.<br />

Chubby Cheeks Nursery is situated within a 15-minute drive, and Academic City and GEMS New Millennium School can be reached within a 20-minute drive.
