Sunrise Bay is a coastal residential complex consisting of two 26-storey buildings. The structure features a podium connecting the two towers, on which a recreation area with a swimming pool is located. The building belongs to the Emaar Beachfront complex.<br /> <br /> The project was launched in 2018. Work on the improvements is ongoing, but anyone can buy or rent apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms.<br /> <br /> Emaar Properties is the official developer of the project, but the architectural implementation is by Rice Perry Ellis. The main contractor was Al Basti & Muktah LLC, while the construction work was performed by NSCC International.<br /> <br /> The minimum square footage of one-bedroom apartments is 670 sq. ft (204.2 sq. m). Units can be purchased for AED 1,750,000 – 2,000,000 (USD 476,420 – 544,485). The rental prices start at AED 210,000 (USD 57,170) per year.
